摘　　要：建设工程造价的有效控制是工程建设管理的重要组成部分 ,而设计工作又是工程建设的首要环节 ,设计阶段对工程造价的影响是控制工程造价的关键 ,提高设计人员经济评价能力 ,正确处理好技术与经济的对立统一关系 。Effective control over engineering cost is an important part of engineering management. The design work is the key point in engineering construction,and design stage is crucial to the control over engineering cost. An effective way of curbing engineering cost is to improve the designer's economic assessing ability, to handle the relation between technology and economy properly and to carry out quota design.
