摘　　要：中国特色案例指导制度发轫成行,但在定位、效力、编选、应用等方面存在诸多问题,本文以《公报》案例的统计分析、案例应用试点、问卷调查、走访座谈等实证调研为基础,对中国特色案例指导制度的运行现状、制度愿景、存在的问题等进行了全面研讨,对未来发展与完善的整体理论框架、具体制度构建等进行了深入思考,阐明了案例指导制度的"中国特色"及构建过程中以"用"为宗旨设计"选"与"编"的立场。The case guided in orientation, effect, selection analyses and discusses problems system with Chinese characteristics has formed, but there are various problems and compilation, application and other aspects. This article comprehensively regarding current operational situation and systematic vision of the case guided system with Chinese characteristics based on field study in forms of statistical analysis, case application trial, questionnaire survey, interview, and etc. surrounding the cases in Communique. In addition, this article un- dertakes in - depth thinking on future development and improvement of the overall theoretical framework, con- crete system construct, and etc. to clarify the ＂Chinese characteristics＂ of case guided system and the princi- ple of designing ＂selection＂ and ＂selection＂ for the purpose of ＂application＂ throughout its establishment process.
