摘　　要：一种客观、精准、科学和全面的监狱罪犯教育改造质量评估是降低再犯或减少犯罪的前提。从循证矫正实践的视角出发,提出监狱罪犯教育改造质量评估的目的是甄别何种矫正实践为更符合期待结果的最有效的实践;基于评估目的,提出监狱罪犯教育改造质量评估的依据为矫正有效性;基于评估依据,提出风险—需要—改造的评估原则。在此基础上,通过随机抽样调查与二元logistic回归分析,提取了十项测量监狱罪犯教育改造质量的评估指标,构建了由再犯风险概率回归模型和再犯风险分类组成的监狱罪犯教育改造质量评估模型。An objective, precise, scientific and comprehensive quality assessment of the reformatory edu- cation of prisoners is the premise of reducing recidivism or decreasing crimes. The purpose of quality assess- ment of the reformatory education of prisoners is to distinguish which type of corrective practices is the most effect practice better according with the expected outcome from a perspective of evidence - based corrective practice; the basis of the quality assessment of reformatory education is corrective effectiveness. This study builds a model of the quality assessment of the reformatory education of prisoners composed of a regression model of the risk rate of recidivism and categories of the risk of recidivism based on obtaining ten assessment indexes measuring the quality of the reformatory education of prisoners through random sampling and binary lo- gistic regression analysis.
