摘　　要：目的对本院抗菌药物专项整治前后抗菌药物使用情况进行对比分析,总结整治成果与经验。方法分别统计本院2011年1～6月、2012年1～6月抗菌药物使用情况相关数据。包括抗菌药物指标完成情况、抗菌药物消耗量(累计DDD数)排名、抗菌药物科室使用排名等数据,进行总结与分析。结果 2012年本院抗菌药物使用指标明显降低,大部分指标可以达标。结论经过1年的努力,本院抗菌药物使用率、使用强度明显下降、送检率明显上升,整治工作初见成效。Objective By use comparative analysis, antibaeterials usage in our hospital were analyzed before and after treatment （from January-June, 2011 to January-June, 2012） ,summarizing the results and experience, and find out a better way to guide future work. Method eolleet related data and summary analysis about applying antibaeterials from January-June, 2011 to January-June, 2012 ,whieh Consist of antibaeterials indexs completed ,the ranking of antibacterial eonsumption, the ranking of antibaeterial used in department. Result using index of antibacterial drug deelined obviously, most of the target ean be met. eonclution after a year of efforts, the usage rate of antibaeterials, the antibacterial DDD deereased signifieantly, the submission rate inereased signifieantly, our hospital reetifieation work achieved initial success.
