摘　　要：科室评估是通过对某个(类)科室多方面的分析,综合评价科室的价值与重要性,医院开展科室评估具有重要的理论和实际意义。文章探讨了公立医院科室评估的意义,构建了评估指标体系,并就科室评估的实施及应用进行了探索。The value and importance of different departments can be evaluated by department assessment. And department assessment has important theoretical and practical meaning for the hospital. The paper analyzes the meaning of department assessment, establishes index system, and explores the application of department assessment in the hospital.
