PPH加中药口服治疗重度痔的疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）加中药口服治疗重度痔的临床疗效，回顾性分析80例采用PPH治疗以Ⅲ、Ⅳ期内痔为主的重度痔患者的资料，其中42例采用PPH加术后口服中药治疗（治疗组），38例只采用PPH治疗（对照组），对比分析两组疗效。结果显示，治疗组在术后肛门疼痛、肛门出血、肛门坠胀、肛缘水肿等方面均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，PPH加中药口服治疗重度痔疗效确切，可明显减少术后并发症。Abstract In order to observe the clinical efficacy of PPH plus oral Chinese medicinal herbs for severe hem- orrhoids,a retrospective study was carried out on the data of 80 cases of severe hemorrhoids （mainly inter- nal hemorrhoids of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ ）undergoing PPH. Among them, treatment group （ n=42） received PPH with oral Chinese medicinal herbs, control group（ n =38） received simple PPH. Both groups were compared and analyzed for clinical efficacy. The results showed that treatment group was superior to con- trol group in postoperative anal pain,bleeding,anal tenesmus sensation and anal edema（ P 〈0.05） . It is concluded that PPH plus oral Chinese medicinal herbs is effective for severe hemorrhoids and can obviously reduce postoperative complications.
