自制汤剂熏洗坐浴治疗炎性外痔的疗效观察

摘　　要：为验证自制汤剂熏洗坐浴治疗炎性外痔的疗效，以自制汤剂熏洗坐浴治疗炎性外痔，并与高锰酸钾溶液坐浴进行疗效对比观察。将炎性外痔100例分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组70例采用自制中药汤剂先熏洗后坐浴治疗，对照组30例采用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗坐浴治疗，两组同时应用马应龙麝香痔疮膏局部外涂。结果显示，治疗组治愈60例，好转10例，平均治愈天数为5．4d；对照组治愈20例，好转10例，平均治愈天数为10．4d，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，自制汤剂熏洗坐浴治疗炎性外痔疗效显著。This paper was to compare the clinical efficacy of fuming ＆ washing sitz bath with homemade Chinese medicinal decoction and with potassium permanganate solution for inflammatory external hemor- rhoids. The 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group （n=70）and control group （ n= 30）. Fuming ＆ washing sitz bath with homemade Chinese medicinal was given to the treatment group and potassium permanganate solution to the control group. In addition of Mayinglong Shexiang oint- ment external using for both groups. The results showed that 60 cases were cured, 10 cases with marked improvement,the average healing time was 5.4 d in treatment group; 20 cases were cured, 10 cases with marked improvement, the average healing time was 10.4 d in the control group ; there was significant differ- ence in clinical efficacy between the two groups （ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that fuming ＆ washing sitz bath with homemade Chinese medicinal recipe is significantly effective for inflammatory external hemor- rhoids.
