摘　　要：为探讨选择性痔上黏膜切除术（TST）治疗重度混合痔围手术期的护理方法，对60例重度混合痔患者行TST围手术期护理并进行总结和分析。结果显示，60例行TST患者，术后均无吻合口出血，所有患者均治愈出院。结果表明，TST是一种安全、有效、术后疼痛轻、恢复快的手术方式，对TST患者做好围手术期的心理护理、术前肠道准备及术后观察护理是防止术后并发症及减少复发率的有力保障。This study was to discuss perioperative nursing interventions for mixed hemorrhoids treated byTST. Sixty cases of mixed hemorrhoids treated by TST received perioperative nursing interventions and summary analyzed the results. The results showed that no anastomotic bleeding occurred and all cases were cured and discharged from the hospital. It is concluded that TST is a safe,effective surgical procedure with less postoperative pain and repaid recovery;perioperative psychological nursing,preoperative bowel prepa- ration and postoperative care are of effective measures for preventing postoperative complications and re- ducing the rate of recurrence.
