摘 要:某水平井发生接箍工厂端圆螺纹套管滑脱,下部套管柱落井而未能打捞出。针对该起套管接头滑脱事故,通过宏观分析、尺寸检测、螺纹参数测量、材料理化性能检验、实物试验、力学分析等方法对滑脱原因进行了分析。结果表明:接箍紧密距参数不合格和套管抗粘扣性能差是套管接头发生脱扣失效的原因。A long round thread casing joint haven been pulled out from factory side of a coupling in a horizontal well, and the dropout casing string couldn't got out of the well. Research on the dropout failure case was carried out. By means of macroscopic analysis, dimension measurement, thread parameters measurement, physical and chemical properties testing on the material, the full scale tests and mechanical analysis, the dropout cause was analyzed. The results showed that dropout failure was ascribed to the unqualified thread standoff of coupling and the poor thread sealant on anti galling performance.
