摘 要:通过化学成分分析、力学性能测试、金相检验及断口分析等对45钢电机轴断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:由于电机轴过渡台阶根部加工圆角曲率半径偏小,加工粗糙度大而引起的应力集中,是轴发生失效的重要外在因素;同时电机轴退火态组织强度级别不高,非金属夹杂物硫化锰含量较高,导致材料性能下降,使电机轴在交变载荷的作用下发生了疲劳断裂。The fracture reason of electric motor shaft of 45 steel was analyzea oy means of composition analysis, mechanical property testing, metallographic examination, fracture analysis and so on. The results indicated that there was stress concentration at the root of knuckle diameter of the shaft, where had small curvature radius and large machining roughness; the intensity of the shaft was not enough with the annealing treatment and the high content of MnS in the steel led to the decrease of the mechanical properties, which resulted in the fatigue fracture of the shaft at alternate loading.
