大学生入党积极分子培养方式的创新

摘　　要：大学生入党积极分子的选拔、培养与考察是发展党员工作的重要环节。目前,大学生入党积极分子培养尚存在一些主要问题,如积极分子理论教育的内容缺乏系统性,入党动机考察呈现表面化倾向,培养方式缺少针对性,培养与考察缺乏连续性,培养考察的全方位体系尚未形成,等等。为此,必须坚持集中培养与分层次培养相结合、理论培养与实践锻炼相结合、系统教育与重点教育相结合、共同培养与个别培养相结合、单向灌输与双向交流相结合、培养教育与组织考察相结合等方式进行培养,以此提升组织发展质量。The selection, training and inspection of college student activists of the Party appli- cation are the important link of the development of Party members. At present, there still existsome problems in the training of college party activists, such as the theory education content lacks the systematicness, inspection towards the motivation to join the party shows surface incli-nation, training mode lacking pertinence, training and inspection lacking continuity, all - round training system having not formed, etc.. Therefore, it must adhere to the combination ofconcentrated training and multi - level training, the combination of theory training and prac- tice, the combination of systematic education and key education, the combination of common training and individual training, the combination of one - way inculcation and two - way ex- change, the combination of training and education and organizational observation etc. to en- hance the quality of organizational development.
