摘　　要：随着高校学生社团组织的蓬勃发展,学生社团在校园文化建设和大学生成才就业等方面起到了积极推进作用。但是,在学生社团组织的管理和发展上还存在诸多问题。本文通过分析高校学生社团组织建设与管理等方面的问题,提出相应的解决对策,旨在进一步提高学生社团活动的质量,发挥其应有的教育功能。With the flourish of college student organizations,student clubs and societies play a pushing role in the construction of campus culture and becoming elite and obtaining employment of college students.However,there are still many problems in the management and development of student society organizations.This paper,through the analysis of the problems in construction and management of clubs and societies in institutions of higher learning,puts forward corresponding countermeasures,aiming to further improve the quality of student club and society activities and exert its educational function.
