大学生志愿服务“枢纽型”组织建设研究

摘　　要：自1993年共青团推出大学生志愿服务以来,高校学生参与该项活动范围越来越广,对于大学生思想发展、提高自身综合素质等各个方面都发挥着特殊的作用。但随着经济社会的不断发展,也遇到了一些问题和挑战,本文结合吉林工程技术师范学院组织众多志愿者活动的具体案例进行分析,给出了切实可行的保障机制和措施。Since the introduction of college students＇ volunteer service in 1993,the range of university students＇ participating in the activities has become more and more wide;it is playing a special role in the various aspects such as students＇ ideological development and comprehensive quality etc.While,with the development of economic society,it has encountered some problems and challenges.This paper combined with specific cases of a host of volunteer service activities organized by Jilin Teachers＇ Institute of Engineering and Technology,offers the feasible security mechanism and measures.
