中性粒细胞VCS参数在心肌再灌注损伤中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨中性粒细胞VCS参数在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中的意义。方法采用Beckman-Coulter LH750全自动血液分析仪检测155例接受体外循环下心脏手术患者的血常规,记录中性粒细胞VCS参数,并计算手术前、后VCS的变化幅度(△VCS),然后进行指标间的相关性分析。结果中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)与中性粒细胞△VCS(△NEV、△NEC、△NES)参数间存在良好的相关性(r分别为0.86、0.66、0.70,P<0.05),且6h的肌钙蛋白I(TnI)浓度与1h的中性粒细胞△NEV、△NEC、△NES参数间也存在良好的相关性(r分别为0.74、0.67、0.69,P<0.05)。结论中性粒细胞△VCS参数与NE、TnI浓度明显相关,有助于心肌缺血再灌注损伤的诊断。Objective To explore the significance of neutrophil VCS parameters in myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury.Methods Beckman-Coulter LH750 automated hematology analyzer was employed to detect complete blood counts of 155 patients undergoing cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.Neutrophil VCS parameters were recorded,VCS variations（△VCS） before and after surgery were calculated,and then correlation analysis was conducted among the indicators.Results Good correlation existed between neutrophil elastase（NE） and neutrophil △VCS（△NEV,△NEC,△NES） parameters（r values were 0.86,0.66,0.70,respectively,P＆lt;0.05）.Concentration of troponin I（TnI） at 6 hour also showed high correlations with neutrophil △VCS at 1 hour（r values were 0.74,0.67,0.69,respectively,P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Neutrophil △VCS parameters correlates significantly with NE and TnI,and is contribute to myocardial ischemia and reperfusion injury diagnosis.
