摘　　要：充填体注浆补强,就是在建筑物下综合机械化充填采煤技术的基础上,对架后充填区域采用粉煤灰、水泥浆、高水材料和水分别配置相应浆体,通过注浆管道输送到井下,最后到达工作面采空区充填区域内预埋的注浆管,适时对松散充填体加固,形成以较高密实度和强度的充填体为主的上覆岩层支撑体系,有效控制地表沉陷在建筑物允许值范围内,实现村庄不搬迁,安全开采建筑物下遗留煤柱。该项目的成功实施,取得了较好的技术经济效果。Backfill reinforcement,is based on the comprehensive mechanized coal mining under buildings filling technology,the backfill area using fly ash,cement slurry,high water material and water are respectively arranged corresponding slurry,transported to the underground through the grouting pipe,finally arrived at the working face goaf grouting filling area in advance buried pipe,timely loose backfill reinforcement,the formation of overlying strata with high density and strength of the filling body of the supporting system,effective control of surface subsidence in the allowable range of village,do not move,safety mining under buildings remaining coal pillar.The successful implementation of the project,and achieved good technical and economic effect.
