锰对大鼠行为致畸的影响

摘　　要：为研究大鼠孕期染锰后其后代行为畸胎学的作用 ,对 4组受孕大鼠腹腔注射氯化锰 ,每次剂量分别为0 ,7.5,1 5,3 0 mg/ kg,待其自然分娩后 ,观察其子代生长发育及行为状态。结果表明 ,大鼠孕期染锰 ,可引起其子代生长发育及行为功能部分指标延迟 。To study manganese on the behavioral teratogenesis in the filial rats,pregnant rats were injected intra abdominally 8 times with 0,7.5,15,30 mg/kg MnCl 2 every other day.Then early physiological functions and behavioral functions of their filial rats were observed.The results indicate that when impregnated female rats were heavily exposed to manganese,early physiological development and behavioral development of their filial rats were retarded.The manganese likely has the effects on behavioral teratogenesis of rats.
