摘 要:目的:了解金华鼠类中伯氏疏螺旋体自然感染的状况。方法:用巢式PCR扩增鼠中的伯氏疏螺旋体5S-23srRNA间隔区片段,对阳性产物进行测序。结果:在浙江省金华捕到的128只鼠类标本中检到阳性12份,其中,黄毛鼠、小林姬鼠、鼩鼱阳性率分别为7.5%、1.43%和25%,其测序分析结果显示,这些动物感染的螺旋体与法雷斯疏螺旋体BorreliavalaisianaOS115(AB091447)和B.valaisianaQX13P25(DQ188933)核酸序列高度同源,相似率达100%。结论:金华地区存在伯氏疏螺旋体病原,可感染黄毛鼠、姬鼠、鼩鼱等宿主动物。Objective:To learn the infection of Lyme spirochetes in small mammals in Jinhua,Zhejiang province.Methods:Small mammals were captured with trap-night methods and the infections were investigated with nest PCRtargeting the 5S-23s rRNA internal space regions.DNA sequences of positive spirochetes infection in small mammalswere analysis and blast in Gene bank.Results: In total 128 small mammals sample,12 were found infected withLyme spirochetes and the infection rate of Rattus losea 、Apodemus sylvaticus Sorex spp.were 7.5%,1.43%and 25%respectively.The sequences of spirochetes were founded the same and shown high identity with Borrelia valaisiana OS115(AB091447)and B.valaisiana QX13P25(DQ188933) 。 Conculsion: The infection of Lyme spirochetes in R.losea 、A.sylvaticus and Sorex spp.indicate the health risk in this area.
