摘　　要：目的:通过实验室试验和模拟现场试验评价医疗器械清洗消毒机的清洗和消毒效果。方法:参照YY/T 0734-2009《清洗消毒器第1部分通用要求、术语定义和试验》和《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)对清洗消毒机进行清洗消毒效果的评价。结果:经过全自动清洗消毒器清洗程序后,对放置于清洗架上手术器械、湿化瓶、玻璃器皿和呼吸麻醉导管,通过目测结果、残留蛋白污染物吸光度值及STF片的检测,清洗合格率均为100%。经过清洗消毒程序后,对染于不锈钢载体上的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和呼吸麻醉导管载体上的龟分枝杆菌杀灭率均为100%,达到消毒合格。结论:全自动清洗消毒器分别通过清洗程序、清洗消毒程序对手术器械、湿化瓶、玻璃器皿和呼吸麻醉导管均达到清洗和消毒合格。Objective：To evaluate the cleaning and disinfecting effect of cleaning and disinfection machine for medical device through laboratory test and simulated field test.Methods： The cleaning and disinfecting effect of cleaning and disinfection machine was evaluated in accordance with YY/T0734-2009 ＂The first part： General re quirement,term definition and test in Cleaning sterilizers＂ and ＂Technical specifications for disinfection（2002 version）＂.Results： After automatic cleaning and disinfecting procedure,the qualified rates of surgical devices,humidification bottle,glass ware and catheter for breath and anesthesia on the cleaning shelf were all 100% via visual inspection,absorbance value of residual protein pollutants and STF defection.The kill rates of Staphylo coccus aureus,Escherichia coli,Candida albicans on automatic stainless steel vector and mycobacterium cheloni on catheter for breath and anesthesia were all 100%.Conclusion： The automatic cleaning and disinfecting machine can make medical devices qualified through cleaning procedure and disinfection procedure.
