摘  要:目的:研究大鼠坐骨神经离断后,不同时间点全血钙镁铁锌铜元素的含量变化情况,为临床周围神经损伤后相关微量元素的变化机制以及支持治疗提供依据。方法:制作大鼠双侧坐骨神经离断模型,同时设立假手术组大鼠作为对照。分别于术后12 h,24 h,48 h,4 d,8 d,采集两组大鼠全血,利用湿热消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定全血中钙镁铁锌铜元素的含量,对其进行两组间统计学比较。结果:大鼠坐骨神经离断后12~48 h,全血钙元素略低于对照组,至第4天较对照组显著升高两倍多,第8天又恢复正常。其余镁铁锌铜元素在术后早期12 h会有明显降低,24 h后逐渐升高。结论:大鼠坐骨神经离断伤后早期12 h,全血钙镁铁锌铜元素会有下降,24 h后基本恢复正常。在损伤后第4天全血钙元素有显著性一过性升高,其原因有待进一步研究。Objective:To investigate the content changes of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu in whole blood of rats at different time points after bilateral sciatic nerve transection,so as to provide the evidence for the mechanism of clinical peripheral nerve injury and supportive treatment.Methods: Rats model of bilateral sciatic nerve transection were prepared and the rats with sham operation were used as control group at the same time.After surgery in 12h,24h,48h,4d,8d,the whole blood were collected from each group and detected the contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu by FASS.The data of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results: The Ca content in whole blood was a little lower than that of control group at 12-48h after bilateral sciatic nerve transection and 2 times higher than that of control group after 4 days,then restored to the normal level.And the contents of other microelements were lower at 12h post-transection and increased gradually from 24h.Conclusion: The contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu in whole blood decreased at 12h after bilateral sciatic nerve transection and then restored gradually from 24h.However,the Ca content increased significantly after sciatic nerve transection in 4 days,the reason needs to be further studied.
