摘 要:目的了解医院现状,促进医院持续改进医疗服务质量和医院管理,提升医院综合水平,为医院工作计划和决策管理提供依据。方法从门急诊工作、住院工作、医技辅助科室工作、医疗质量指标四个方面运用对比法、分布法等对某医院2012年医疗数据资料进行回顾性分析,数据处理用SPSS13.0统计分析软件,医疗质量指标参照卫生部《二级综合医院评审标准(2012年版)》。结果某医院2012年门诊人次为184520人,比上年度增长了10.41%,门诊人次最多的月份是3月份,占全年门诊人次的10.07%。出院人次为7889人次,比上年度增长了4.12%,病床使用率为77.92%,比上年度增加了4.88个百分点,出院者平均住院日为9.82日,比上年度增加了0.76日,手术人次为1263人,比上年度增长了21.79%。医技辅助科室工作均有不同程度的增长,CT检查人次、放射检查人次、化验检查人次增幅较大。医疗质量相关指标均符合“二甲”医院标准。结论医院各科室门诊量随季节的不同而变化,应随季节不同做好应对措施,以缓解门诊看病压力。病床使用率低,放射和特检存在过度检查的问题,病历书写质量较差,医疗质量指标虽达到“二甲”医院的相关标准,但仍有持续改进和提高的空间。Objective To know about the status of the hospital, to promote the continuous improvement of the medical service quality and hospital management, and to improve the comprehensive level and provide the bases for work schedule and decision-making management of the hospital. Methods Comparison, distribution and other methods were adopted to make retrospective analyses on the medical data of a hospital in 2012 from four aspects including clinic work, hospitalization work, medical technique and work quality, data were processed with the statistical analysis software SPSS13.0 and relevant standards were referred to the Accreditation Standards for Level Ⅱ General Hospital (Edition 2012). Results The outpatients of the hospital in 2012 totaled 184 520, with a rise by 10.41% than that last year. There were maximum outpatients in March, accounting for 10. 07% of the total in the whole year. The discharged patients totaled 7 889, with a rise by 4.12% than that last year. The sickbed utilization rate was up to 77.92% , with a rise of percentage points by 4.88. The average hospitalization days for the inpatients totaled 9.82, with a rise by 0.76 days than that last year. 1 263 patients went through operations, with a rise by 21.79% than that last year. The work in medical technique departments increased with varying degrees, and there were large increases of CT inspection, radioscopy and laboratory examination. Relevant indexes of the medical-care quality met "Level Ⅱ" hospital standards. Conclusion The outpatients of all the departments in the hospital showed a periodic change with seasons, countermeasures should be taken with different seasons so as to release the clinic pressure. However, there were still some disadvantages, namely low sickbed utilization, excessive check on radioscopy and special examinations, and worse writings of case history. Meanwhile, the medical-care quality indexes met relevant standards for "Level Ⅱ" hospitals, but there were still space for contin- uous improvement.
