摘　　要：目的:观察针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)的过程中对治疗前后血浆单胺类物质(NA、5-HT、5-HIAA)含量的影响,探讨治疗LIDP的最佳针刺手法。方法:采用随机单盲实验的方法,将150例腰椎间盘突出症患者按照1∶1∶1的比例分为龙虎交战组、平补平泻组、西药组,每组各50例。其中,龙虎交战组和平补平泻组选取腰部华佗夹脊穴作为针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的针刺主穴。采用荧光分光法检测治疗前后外周血单胺类神经递质5-羟色胺(5-HT)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)、去甲肾上腺素(NA)含量的变化。结果:3组治疗后外周血中NA、5-HT、5-HIAA均较治疗前有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3组两两比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01),由低到高依次为龙虎交战组、平补平泻组和西药组。结论:龙虎交战针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症是疗效更佳的针刺手法。Objective： To compare the effects of two needling manipulations on the monoamine substances （NA ,5 -HT and 5 -HIAA）in peripheral blood among patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, and to find the more effective needling manipulations for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion （LIDP）. Methods ： By randomized single - blind clinical trial, one hundred and fifty cases of patients who suffered from lumbar inter- vertebral disc protrusion were divided into three groups, including a dragon - tiger warring treatment group （50 cases）, an reinforcing - reducing treatment group （ 50 cases） and a western medicine treatment group （50 ca- ses）. We chose the lumbar Huatuo spine points as the master point to treat LIDP in the dragon - tiger warring treatment group and the reinforcing - reducing treatment group. The contents of the monoamine substances （ NA, 5 - HT and 5 - HIAA） in peripheral blood were determinated by adopting spectrofluorimetry and were compared among the three groups. Results： After the treatment, the contents of the monoamine substances （ NA, 5 - ttT and 5 -HIAA）in peripheral blood declined apparently, and the differences before and after the treatment were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. There were significant differences in the contents of the monoamine sub- stances （NA ,5 -HT and 5 -HIAA）in peripheral blood among the dragon -tiger warring group , the reinforcing - reducing group and the western medicine group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The order of the differences, from high to low,was the dragon -tiger warring group, the reinforcing -reducing group and the western medicine group. Conclusion：The dragon -tiger warring needling manipulation has an optimum effect on treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
