摘　　要：外感发热多由于外邪侵袭,阳气不得宣通而致,刮痧可以开泄腠理、疏通经络,有效治疗外感发热。点、线、面结合刮痧配合大椎刺络拔罐,临床治疗外感发热有较好疗效。Exogenous fever mainly because of exogenous pathogenic factors invades the organism, and the yang - qi cannot disperse. Scraping therapy can open striae, circulate meridians and collaterals, then treat exoge-nous fever effectively. Scraping therapy of embody acupoint, meridians and cutaneous regions combined with blood -letting puncturing and cupping at Dazhui（DU14） for exogenous fever has an obviously clinical efficacy.
