补肾祛瘀针刺法治疗腰肌劳损临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:根据湖北省中医院李家康教授治疗腰肌劳损的临床经验,观察补肾祛瘀针刺法治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效,为补肾祛瘀针刺法治疗腰肌劳损临床推广提供理论依据。方法:将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组采用补肾祛瘀针刺法,对照组采用普通针刺法。观察治疗前后患者的临床症状和体征,并评定积分,对比分析两组治疗方法的临床疗效。结果:两组愈显率比较,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者临床症状积分均明显降低,但观察组降低更显著(P<0.01),与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾祛瘀针刺法治疗腰肌劳损的愈显率明显优于普通针刺法,补肾祛瘀针刺法在改善临床症状和体征方面均明显优于普通针刺法。Objective ： This study is based on the experience of professor LI Jia - kang＇ s treatment for lumbar muscle strain, comprehensive evaluates the curative effect of Bushen Quyu acupuncture treatment for lumbar muscle strain. To provide the scientific basis for Bushen Quyu acupuncture treatment for lumbar muscle strain. Methods：60 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, and each group included 30 cases. The observation group used professor LI Jia - kang＇ s Bushen Quyu acupuncture treatment;the control group used the common acupuncture method. The patients were observed before and after treatment according to clinical symptoms and clinical signs, then integral evaluation and analysis were compared between the two groups. Results： The comparison of the clinical curative effect of two groups showed there were significant differ- ences （P 〈 0.05 ） ; two groups before and after treatment improved pain points ： After treatment, the two groups of patients improved pain points which were significant, but the observation group reduced more significantly （ P 〈0.01 ）, compared with control group, there were significant differences （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： It shows that Bushen Quyu acupuncture treatment for lumbar muscle strain is obviously better. From improving the patients＇ clinical symptoms and clinical signs that Bushen Quyu acupuncture is better than the common acupuncture therapy.
