循经刮痧与艾灸配合周期疗法治疗乳腺增生病的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察循经刮痧与艾灸配合周期疗法治疗乳腺增生病的临床治疗效果。方法:随机将98例患者分为治疗组(52例)和对照组(46例),治疗组采用循经刮痧及艾灸配合周期疗法治疗,对照组采用逍遥丸治疗,两组在治疗3个月后进行疗效判定。结果:两组总有效率分别为96.2%、73.9%,治疗组效果明显,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:循经刮痧及艾灸配合周期疗法治疗乳腺增生病效果明显优于中成药治疗。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of meridian scraping and moxibustion combined with cy- cle therapy on mammary hyperplasia. Methods：98 cases were divided into two groups,the treatment group（52 patients） treated with meridian scraping and moxibustion combined with cycle therapy;the control group （46 pa- tients） treated with Xiaoyao Pill. The two groups were in the efficacy evaluation after three months. Results： The total effective rate was 96.2% in the treatment group,73.9% in the control group, and the total efficiency of treatment group was better than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Meridian scraping and moxibustion combined with cycle therapy has a better effect in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia.
