摘  要:目的:观察电针攒竹穴对骨癌痛大鼠行为学及β-内啡肽(β-EP)含量的影响,探讨电针对骨癌痛的影响和调节作用。方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、假手术组、电针组、模型组,每组10只。空白组不作处理,电针组和模型组胫骨注入0.5 ml约2×107cells/ml walker256细胞悬液制成大鼠骨癌痛模型,假手术组注入等量无菌生理盐水。各组采集大鼠术前及术后机械性痛敏和热痛敏变化,并通过免疫组化法检测大鼠下丘脑β-EP含量。结果:造模9天起,模型组机械性痛敏与空白组、假手术组和电针组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);电针组与空白组、假手术组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。造模11天起,模型组热痛敏与空白组、假手术组和电针组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05);电针组与空白组、假手术组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。下丘脑β-EP含量模型组与空白组及假手术组比较差异性显著(P<0.05),电针组与空白组及假手术组比较差异性显著(P<0.05);电针组与模型组比较差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:电针攒竹穴可以调节机体的机械性痛敏和热痛敏阈值并抑制大鼠下丘脑内因骨癌痛被激活的β-EP。Objective : To observe the effects on behavioral changes and hypothalamic [3 - endorphin of rats with bone cancer pain treated by electroacupuncture at Cuanzhu (BL2). Metbods:SD rats were randomly divided into four groups : a blank group, a sham - surgery group, a electroacupuncture group and a model group, 10 rats in each group. 0. 5 ml cells suspension of Walker256 ( about 2×10^7) were injected in tibia to establish the rat model of bone cancer pain. The changes of mechanical hyperalgesia and heat hyperalgesia were gathered at pre and post treatment. Immunohistochemistry was adopted to determine the contents of rats hypothalamic β - endor- phin. Results: Compared with blank group, sham - surgery group, electroacupuncture group, mechanical hyper- algesia of model group showed a significant difference from PID9 ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Compared with blank group, sham - surgery group, mechanical hyperalgesia of electroacupuncture group showed a significant difference from PID9 ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with blank group, sham - surgery group, electroacupuncture group, heat hyperalgesia of model group showed a significant difference from PID11 ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; Compared with blank group, sham - sur- gery group, heat hyperalgesia of electroacupuncture group showed a significant difference from PID11 (P 〈 0. 05). Compared with blank group and sham - surgery group, hypothalamic β - endorphin of model group showed a significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ) ; Compared with blank group, sham - surgery group, hypothalamic β - endorphin of electroacupuncture group showed a significant difference from PID9 ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:Thresholds of mechanical hyperalgesia and heat hypera|gesia were adjusted at Cuanzhu ( BL2 ). The contents of rats hypothalamic β - endorphin were bone cancer pain. by treating with electroacupuncture restrained, which was activated by bone cancer pain.
