摘　　要：根据中医藏象学说及临床实践,从肝主疏泄,脾主运化,肾藏精的角度论证了乳腺增生病与便秘的关系,提出在临床治疗乳腺增生病的同时,应辨证与辨病相结合,充分重视对便秘兼症的治疗,并总结了疏肝理气,化痰活血,补肾温阳,滋阴养血等通便治法及其运用。This article discusses the relationship between hyperplasia of mammary gland and constipation based on the theory of visceral manifestation and clinical practice, and proposes to combine differentiation of syndromes and diseases during the course of treating mammary gland hyperplasia and thinks highly of the treatment of accompanying constipation, this article also concludes some treatment methods and introduced their application.
