摘　　要：概述了mRNA差异显示技术(DDRT-PCR)的基本原理。对近年来DDRT-PCR技术在中药作用机制、中药复方作用机制、中药植物生物学方面的研究现状做了综述。展望了该技术在中药研究方面的应用前景。This review describes the basic principles of mRNA differential display technique （DDRT- PCR）. Summarize the application of DDRT - PCR in the research of mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese herbal compound, biology of traditional Chinese medicinal plant. Moreover, the paper also prospects application of DDRT - PCR in the study of traditional Chinese medicine.
