摘 要:研究了一个M/M/c/2N-c两类顾客排队系统,其中,第一类顾客具有优先权、止步和中途退出现象,第二类顾客可能因等得不耐烦而中途退出.首先,建立了系统稳态概率满足的方程组.其次,采用分块矩阵的方法得到了稳态概率的矩阵解.最后,利用稳态概率得到了系统中两类顾客的平均队长、平均等待队长以及平均中途退出率等性能指标,为系统的优化设计提供了参考.An M/M/c/2N-c queuing system was studied, where there were two-types of customers. The type-1 customers had higher priority, balking and reneging. The type-2 customers may renege because of impatience. First, steady-state probability equations were obtained. Second, the steady-state probability in matrix form by using block-matrlx-solution method was derived. Finally, some performance measures of the system such as the expected number of customers in the system, the expected number of customers in the queue and the average rate of the reneging customers were derived by using the steady-state proba- bility, which would provide a basis for optimal design.
