患者安全文化测评问卷的初步编制及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的初步编制适用于我国临床护理人员的患者安全文化测评问卷。方法通过查阅文献,结合半结构访谈形成问卷初稿,然后经专家咨询及预调查进行修改,对580名护理人员施测,检验问卷的信效度。结果临床护理人员的患者安全文化测评问卷由医院管理支持、护士长参与、护士执行力、团队合作、开放性沟通、持续改进、惩罚性感受和不良事件报告8个维度构成,共36个条目。其内容效度比为0.974,因子分析提取8个公因子的累及贡献率达61.39%。总问卷Cronbach'sα系数为0.875,各维度Cronbach'sα系数为0.658～0.890。结论临床护理人员的患者安全文化测评问卷具有较好的信效度,可用于评价临床护理人员的患者安全文化。Objective To develop a suitable questionnaire for objectiveiy measuring Chinese nurses＇patient safety culture. Methods The draft questionnaire was formed by literature review and semi - structured interview, and then was revised through Delphi Method and a preliminary test. Finally the psychometric characteristics of the questionnaire were examined with a sample of 580 clinical nursing staff. Results The questionnaire included 36 items belonging to 8 dimensions which were hospital managical support, head nurses＇participation, nurses＇implementation capacity, team work, open communication, continuous improve- ment, punitive feeling and adverse event reporting, all of which could account for 61.39 % of the accumulated variance. The content validity of the whole question- naire was 0. 974. The Cronbaeh＇s α coefficient was 0. 875 for the whale questionnaire and 0. 658 - 0. 890 for the dimensions. Conclusion The questionnaire of patient safety culture is a reliable and valid instrument to assess the safety culture of clinical nursing staff.
