摘　　要：目的探讨创伤康复专科个案护理管理模式的应用效果。方法实验组实行个案护理管理方法,即成立个案护理管理组,培训个案护理管理护士,按实施计划进行为期6个月的综合干预。对照组实行常规康复护理。结果实验组患者的康复护理质量合格率和日常生活活动能力均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论创伤康复专科个案护理管理模式确保了康复治疗安全和护理质量,提高了创伤康复患者生活质量,且有助于尝试和探讨创伤康复专科护理技术指标体系的构建。Objective To explore the application and effects of case nursing management mode in the rehabilitation of trauma patients. Methods The ease nursing management mode was used in the experimental group, namely the establishment of nursing management group, ease nursing management training of nurses and comprehensive intervention for 6 months according to the implementation plan. The control group was receiving conventional rehabilitation nursing. Results The pass rate of rehabilitation care quality and activities of daily living of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Case nursing management mode in the rehabilitation of trauma patients can ensure the safety of rehabilitation treatment and nursing quality, improve the quality of life of patients with trauma, and help to try and explore the establishment of specific nursing technical index system for rehabilitation.
