摘　　要：统计《护理管理杂志》2012年度修回稿终审退稿的67篇稿件,分析退稿原因,针对科学性问题、实用性问题、代表性问题、修改不合格、科研诚信问题等退稿原因,对作者修稿提出遵循科学研究基本属性、保持编写双方信息畅通、忠于实际诚信修稿等建议,为作者撰写及修改护理管理类论文提供指导。A total of 67 final rejected manuscripts after revision in the Journal of Nursing Administration in 2012 were retrospectively analyzed, and the rea- sons of rejection were analyzed. According to the rejection reasons of scientific issues, practical issues, representative problems, unqualified revision and research integrity problems. The suggestions of following the scientific research basic attribute, maintaining the flow of informations, being loyal to the reality, and integrity of the revised manuscript for authors were proposed, so as to provide guidance for authors to write and to revise the manuscripts.
