摘　　要：运用SWOT分析法对疗养院试行景观疗养社会化保障模式及发展策略进行分析。疗养院试行景观疗养社会化保障模式的优势是具备优秀的护理人才队伍、后勤的可借鉴经验、规范化的护理管理措施;劣势是社会化保障范围的拓展、成本需求增加;机遇是符合军队改革的发展趋势、领导重视、有成熟的供应市场;威胁是受经济因素的影响、提供的服务差强人意。作为疗养院的护理管理者,应通过建立相应组织、制定严格制度、综合运用成熟市场、借鉴成功经验、严格落实奖惩制度、控制成本等措施,有效满足疗养员的景观疗养需求,提高疗养整体效果,促进景观疗养社会化保障的健康发展。SWOT analysis was used to analyze the mode and development strategy of outsoureing logistic support for landscape convalescence. The strength were first - class nursing team, successful experience of outsoureing logistic support, and standardized nursing management. The weaknesses were the new attempt to outsourcing logistic support and the increasing costs. The opportunities were that the mode is meeting the trend of military reform having received attention by superintendents and mature supply market. Threats were that the mode was affected by many economic factors ,and services provided were poor quality. For nursing administrators ,the comprehensive application of strategies such as establishing relevant organization, developing strict policy ,using mature market, referring successful experience, strictly carrying out the system of rewards and penalties and cost control will promote the development of outsourcing logistic support for landscape convalescence.
