负压封闭引流技术在严重皮肤剥脱伤反取植皮术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)技术在严重皮肤剥脱伤反取植皮术中的应用效果。方法30例严重皮肤剥脱伤患者,采用筛网状原位取皮中厚皮片反植法修复,皮片表面用多聚乙烯醇明胶海绵材料(VSD敷料)覆盖封闭,40～60 kPa负压持续吸引。结果 30例行剥脱皮肤回植术的患者中,回植皮肤成活率25例为优,5例为良,经6～12个月随访,回植皮肤恢复程度优26例,良4例。结论在严重皮肤剥脱伤中采用反植皮法联合应用VSD技术,操作简单、回植皮肤成活率高、皮肤恢复程度好,疗效满意,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。Objective To explore the application effect of the vaccum sealing drainage（VSD） technology in severe stripped skin wound in situ.Methods 30 cases of serious stripped skin injury patients,the mesh shape take skin medium thickness skin piece in situ of inverse planting method repair,skin piece surface with polyvinyl alcohol gelatin sponge materials（VSD dressing） cover closed,40~60 kPa negative pressure continued to attract.Results After 6 to 12 months follow-up,30 routine stripped the skin back to planting technique the patients,back to plant survival rate of 25 cases of skin for optimal,5 cases of good.back to plant the skin restore optimal degree of 26 patients,4 cases were good.Conclusion The skin graft method combined application VSD technology for the severe stripped skin injury,which is easy to operate,high survival rate,to planting skin skin restore degree good,And the treatment effect is good,It is a kind of repair skin serious stripped injury ideal method and worth clinical application.
