心肌酶谱在急性心肌梗死诊断中的价值比较

摘　　要：目的探讨在急性心肌梗死诊断中心肌酶谱测定的临床价值。方法对2010年2月至2012年7月收治的80例急性心肌梗死患者进行心肌酶谱测定,并与60例正常对照组比较天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌酸激酶(CK)、羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的含量,观察在急性心肌梗死诊断中心肌酶谱测定的临床价值。结果对照组AST、CK-MB、CK、HBDH和LDH含量低于心肌梗死组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AST、CK-MB、CK、HBDH和LDH的检出敏感性分别为91.8%、93.9%、94.9%、85.2%和92.8%。结论在急性心肌梗死诊断中心肌酶谱测定具有良好的临床价值。Objective To explore the the measured clinical value in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction myocardial enzymes.Methods Determination of myocardial enzymes admitted from February 2010 to July 2012,80 patients with acute myocardial infarction,and compared with 60 normal control group aspartate aminotransferase（AST）,creatine kinase isoenzyme（CK-MB）,creatine kinase（CK）,hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase（HBDH） and lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） content observed the measured clinical value in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction myocardial enzymes.Results The control group AST,CK-MB,CK,HBDH in and LDH levels were lower than the AMI group（P＆lt;0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Detection sensitivity of AST,CK-MB,CK HBDH in and LDH were 91.8%,93.9%,94.9%,85.2% and 92.8%.Conclusion Good clinical value in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction,myocardial enzymes determination.
