甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的异位妊娠患者92例随机分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组45例,给予甲氨蝶呤治疗方案;观察组47例,给予甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗方案。疗程结束后评价两组患者总有效率和β-HCG下降(接近)至正常所需时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,与对照组相比较,观察组总有效率和β-HCG下降至(接近)正常所需时间均有显著性的提升(P<0.05),而不良反应发生情况无差异(P>0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠疗效确切,安全有效,是临床保守治疗异位妊娠的较好方法,适于临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of treating ectopic pregnancy by methotrexate combined with mifepristone.Methods 92 patients with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group.The control group of 45 patients were given methotrexate,and the observation group of 47 patients were given methotrexate combined with mifepristone.After the end of treatment,two groups were evaluated in the total efficiency,the time of β-HCG close to normal and adverse reactions.Results After treatment and compared with the control group,the total efficiency and the time of β-HCG close to normal of the observation group were significantly improved（P＆lt;0.05）,the incidence of adverse reactions was no difference（P＆gt; 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of treating ectopic pregnancy by methotrexate combined with mifepristone is safe and effective,and it is a better method for clinical conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
