摘　　要：目的评价中晚期青光眼小梁切除术眼球筋膜囊(Tenon's囊)下麻醉的可行性。方法对82例(122眼)中晚期青光眼应用Tenon's囊下麻醉进行小梁切除术,分析麻醉效果。结果所有病例顺利完成手术,Ⅰ级麻醉效果98眼(80.3%),Ⅱ级麻醉效果15眼(12.3%),Ⅲ级麻醉效果9眼(7.4%),麻醉成功率为100%。结论 Tenon's囊下麻醉对中晚期青光眼小梁切除术是一种安全有效、简便的麻醉方式。Objective To observe the practical effect of subtenon’s capsule anesthesia in the trabeculectomy of Middle-terminal glaucoma patients.Methods Eighty-two middle-terminal glaucoma patients（122 eyes） were treated by subtenon’s capsule anesthesia in the trabeculectomy,observed the effect of anesthesia in operation.Results The efficiency of anesthetic was as follows：GradeⅠ98 eyes（80.3%）.GradeⅡ15 eyes（12.3%）;GradeⅢ 9eyes（7.4%）.Conclusion Subtenon’s capsule anesthesia is safe and effective for the trabeculectomy of middle-terminal glaucoma patients.
