摘 要:目的运用品管圈管理方法进一步提高部门药学人员积极的工作态度以及解决问题的能力,从而提高门诊静脉药物配置的质量,保证患者用药安全有效。方法在门诊PIVAS管理工作中,引入品质管理概念,运用各种品管手法,引导药师们积极参与质量管理全过程,对门诊静脉药物配置过程中出现的各类差错进行分析,并制定相应的防范措施。结果推行品管圈管理之后,门诊静脉药物配置过程中的差错明显减少,由改善前的平均61.25件,降低至改善后的35.67件。结论通过推行品管圈管理模式,能够不断地发现和解决门诊PIVAS存在的问题,极大地提高工作质量及效率,发挥药学专业人员的创造性和积极性,增强工作人员的管理意识。Objective To use management methods of quality control circles to further improve work attitude and ability to solve problems of staff of pharmacy department,to improve quality of outpatient intravenous drug configuration,and to ensure drug safe and effective for patients.Methods In the outpatient PIVAS management,we introduce the concept of quality management,use a variety of quality control practices,lead pharmacists to actively participatein the quality management of the whole process,analyze all types of error in the configuration process for outpatient intravenous drug,as well as develop appropriate preventive measures.Results The errors in the configuration of outpatient intravenous drug significantly reduced after the implementation of the Quality Control Circle Management.The data decreased from 61.25 to 35.67 in average after the improvement.Conclusion By introducing management methods of quality control circles,we can constantly discover and solve the problems in outpatient PIVAS,greatly improve the work quality and efficiency,exploit the creativity and enthusiasm of pharmacy professionals,as well as enhance the management awareness of staff.
