摘  要:目的建立光纤传感紫外光谱技术对氢氯噻嗪片快速定量分析的方法。方法采用自组装的光纤传感紫外药物快速分析系统,将探头直接插入待测样片(快速溶配的氢氯噻嗪片)溶液中,系统瞬间获得样品的特征图谱。自开发的软件系统将其存入样品图谱库,并与建立的标准图谱库中的标准图谱及相关数据进行比较。双波长法可扣除辅料干扰,利用图谱特征参数差异和软件的计算功能。对2种规格氢氯噻嗪片进行快速定性、定量分析。结果本法测定不需过滤辅料,样品处理方法简单,2种规格样品含量均在93.0%~107.0%范围,样品图谱与标准图谱特征参数相符;经方法学考察,在10~60μg/mL范围内,氢氯噻嗪含量与吸光度的线性相关系数为0.999 7,日间日内精密度<1%,平均回收率为100.05%,RSD为1.25%;含量测定结果与药典方法无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论光纤传感技术对氢氯噻嗪片的快检方法可以实现对不同规格氢氯噻嗪片快速定性、定量分析。Objective To establish a rapid analysis method of Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets by optical-fiber sensing technology. Methods With self-assemble optical-fiber sensing system, the probe was inserted into the sample dissolution (fast dissolved Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets), the characteristic map of the sample can be obtained instantaneously. It can be stored in the sample database by software and be compared with standard map in the database. The excipients interference was deducted by dual wavelength method. Using different characteristic parameters and the calculation function of software, qualitative and quantitative a nalysis of two specifications of Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets can be achieved rapidly. Results The analysis method can determine the results without filtering excipients. The treatment of sample was simple. Con tent in 2 specifications of samples were both in the range of 93.0%-107.0%. The characteristic parameters of sample map conformed with the standard map By methodology method, within the scope of 10- 60 μg/mL, the linear correlation coefficients of the content and absorbance of hydrochlorothiazide was 0. 999 7, the interay and day precision were both 〈1% and the average recovery was 100.05%. The quantitative results were in line with the regulations in "Chinese Pharmacopoeia", with no significant differences (P 〉0.05). Conclusion The method of analysis by fiber optic method can be used for rapid quantitative analysis of Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets of different specifications.
