2005-2011年乌鲁木齐市天山区麻疹流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析麻疹流行病学特征,评价麻疹控制效果。方法收集乌鲁木齐市天山区2005-2011年麻疹流行情况、麻疹控制数据及人口资料,根据控制策略进行描述性流行病学分析。结果天山区2005-2011年共报告麻疹病例1 203例,报告病例最多为胜利路街道363例,占总例数的30%。发病以第2、3个月发病人数较多,占总例数的35%。发病年龄0～62岁,学龄前儿童是主要人群,报告646例,占总例数的54%,其次为15～25岁人群,报告300例,占总例数的25%。结论天山区2005-2011年近71%麻疹病例为学龄前儿童及适龄学生,因此,扎实开展儿童免疫规划基础工作,高质量及时实施麻疹减毒活疫苗预防接种和规范麻疹疫情管理将能够极为有效的控制和消除麻疹的流行。Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of the measles and evaluate the effectiveness of measles control. Methods The measles epidemic information, controlling efficacy and demographic data was collected in Tianshan District from 2005 to 2011, and descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze these data according to the measles control strategy. Results There were 1 203 reported measles cases between 2005 and 2011 in Tianshan District. The most cases were reported in Shenlilu Street, 363 cases in total, representing 30 percent of the total cases in Tianshan District. The peak incidence peri od was February and Mach, 421（35%） cases were reported during this period. The age period of incidence was between 0 to 62 years, pre-school children were major incidence population which had 646 （54%） reported cases; and the second population was people between age 15-25 years, 300 cases （25%） were re ported in this population. Conclusion 71 % of reported cases in Tianshan District are pre-school children and students from 2005 to 2011. Thus, strengthening the children routine immunization, implementing high-quality preventive inoculation of live attenuated measles vaccine and standardizing management of measles epidemic will be the good strategies for control and elimination of measles.
