优质护理服务模式应用于ICU重度颅脑损伤患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务模式在重度颅脑损伤患者中应用效果。方法选取浙江省衢州市中心医院2010年10月～2012年11月ICU收治的重度颅脑损伤患者103例。将患者分为A组(n=46)和B组(n=57),A组患者给予常规护理模式,B组患者给予优质护理服务模式指导下的护理干预措施。比较两组患者ICU住院时间、ICU住院费用、并发症发生率和患者家属对ICU护理人员提供护理服务的满意度。结果 B组患者ICU住院时间[(13.37±5.14)d]、ICU住院费用[(31 347.35±2549.39)元]和并发症发生率[36.84%(21/57)]均明显低于A组[(18.56±5.35)d、(34 257.42±3446.65)元、76.09%(35/46)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者家属对护理人员提供护理服务的满意度[84.21%(48/57)]明显高于A组[56.52%(26/46)],差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.184,P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务在重度颅脑损伤患者中效果较好,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate application effect on high quality nursing service mode in patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 103 patients with severe craniocerebral injury from October 2010 to November 2012 in Central Hospital of Quzhou City were selected and divided into group A（n = 46） and group B（n = 57）.Routine nursing mode was used in group A,high quality nursing service mode was used in group B.The hospital stays in ICU,hospitalization expenses in ICU,normal tissue complication probability and patients’ families satisfaction for ICU nurs ing staff were evaluated.Results Hospital stays in ICU,hospitalization expenses in ICU,normal tissue complication probability in group B [（13.37±5.14）d,（31 347.35±2549.39） yuan,36.84%（21/57）] were lower than those in group A [（18.56±5.35）d,（34 257.42±3446.65） yuan,76.09%（35/46）],the differences were statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Patients’ families satisfaction for ICU nursing staff in group B [84.21%（48/57）] was higher than that in group A [56.52%（26/46）],the difference was statistically significant（P ＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing service mode in patients with severe craniocerebral injury has good effect,it is worthy of popularization and application.
