摘　　要：目的:通过对宫颈组织进行塑料及石蜡包埋,对比免疫组化的检测效果,探索一种理想的组织塑料包埋免疫组化检测方法。方法:将宫颈组织进行全层取材,分别进行石蜡及塑料包埋,而后利用免疫组化技术检测CKpan在组织中的表达。石蜡包埋的具体方法参考临床病理诊疗规范,塑料包埋的关键环节均是在低温环境下进行,最大限度的保存抗原及酶的活性。结果:宫颈组织的塑料包埋免疫组化检测CKpan,细胞核细微结构清晰,阳性定位准确。结论:塑料冷包埋技术的最大优势就在于维持细胞结构的完整性,能很好的保存抗原,有利于免疫组化及原位杂交等技术的进一步检测研究,适宜于疾病的诊断和预后评估。Objective..Scervical tissues were embedded by using the plastic-embedded method and paraf- fin-embedded method, respectively,then compare the immunohistochemistry results, to explore an better plastic em- bedding method for immunohistochemistry detection. Methods：The cervical tissues were embedding with paraffin and plastic, respectively,immunohistochemistry technique was used to detect CKpan in scervical tissues. Paraffin embedding method based on clinical pathology diagnostic protocols. Keep low temperature in the plastic-embedded method to maintain antigen and enzyme activity. Results：The expression of CKpan in scervical tissues which were embedded in plastic was more clear in the cell structure and accurate positive location than paraffin-embedded. Conclusion：The plastic-embedded method is better than the paraffin-embedded method for maintaining the structural integrity of the cell, antigen activity, and in favor of immunohistochemistry or in situ hybridization technology. This method is suitable for disease diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.
