摘 要:目的研究酸性硫酸钙的杀菌因子,为科学应用提供依据。方法通过理化分析法和用悬液定量杀菌试验,分析其杀菌成分含量和比较其与硫酸的杀菌效果。结果用酸碱滴定法测得酸性硫酸钙的硫酸浓度为5.29mol/L。以其100倍稀释液(硫酸浓度为0.0529mol/L)作用10min,对悬液内大肠杆菌平均杀灭对数值>5.00;用浓度为98%的浓硫酸稀释至含硫酸为0.0529mol/L时,作用5min,对悬液内大肠杆菌平均杀灭对数值>5.00。结论酸性硫酸钙主要杀菌成分为强酸,其杀菌效果与硫酸接近。Objective To study the bactericidal factor of acidic calcium sulfate so as to provide a basis for scientific ap plications. Methods The physical and chemical analysis and suspension quantitative germicidal method were used to ana lyze the bactericidal component content and to compare its germicidal effect with sulfuric acid. Results The sulfate acid concentration of acidic calcium sulfate was 5.29 mol/L determined by Acid base titration. The killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli exposed to the 100 times dilution of ACS (0. 0529 mol/L by sulfuric acid calculation) for 10 min was 〉 5.00. The killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli exposed to 348 times dilution of 98% sulfuric acid (0.0529 mol/L by sulfuric acid)for 5 min was 〉 5.00. Conclusion The main bactercidal factor of ACS is strong acid and its germicidal effect is similar to sulfuric acid.
