三种消毒剂对消化内镜消毒效果比较观察

摘　　要：目的观察3种消毒剂对消化内镜的消毒效果,选择最佳消毒方法。方法通过随机抽样检测方法,对某医院消化内镜中心采用的3种消毒剂消毒消化内镜的效果进行了平行比较观察。结果 3种不同消毒剂在规定程序消毒处理后,对胃镜污染的细菌清除率均达到100%,未检出存活细菌。3种不同消毒剂在规定程序消毒后,对肠镜上污染的细菌清除率在统计学方面无明显差异,但酸性氧化电位水对肠镜消毒效果合格率低于另两种消毒剂。结论 3种消毒剂对胃镜消毒效果接近,但对肠镜消毒效果最好者为邻苯二甲醛。Objective To observe the disinfection effect of three different disinfectants for choosing the best disinfection method. Methods The disinfection effect of the three different kinds of disinfectants was observed by a random sampling method in the digestive endoscopy center. Results After the three disinfectants were disinfected in prescribed proced^es, there were no viable bacteria and the bacteriological clearance rate was 100% in the entire gastroscopies, but the disinfec- tion efficiency of three different disinfectants had no statistically significance in the colonscopies, the qualified rate of effectivaness of the electrolyzed oxidizing water was lower than those of the other two kinds of disinfectants. Conclusion The disinfection effect on the gastroscopies are same. However, the best disinfection efficiency of the colonscopies is Ortho - phthaldialdehyde.
