摘　　要：目的了解医院肿瘤化疗药物配置中心消毒质量现状,为改进消毒管理工作提供依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检验方法,对医院肿瘤化疗药物配置中心消毒质量进行监测。结果该医院化疗药物配置中心室内空气微粒数控制合格率为98.96%,微生物控制值合格率为92.71%;物体表面和医务人员手卫生合格率均为97.92%;紫外线灯辐射强度合格率为100%。该中心使用中的生物安全柜内空气沉降菌、微粒值和表面细菌总数控制合格率分别为92.50%、100%和87.50%。结论该医院化疗药物配置中心消毒卫生质量良好,控制措施到位,找出了存在问题,采取了相应措施。Objective To know the disinfection status so as to provide the basis for improving the disinfection manage ment of tumour chemotherapeutics drug dispensing center in hospital. Methods On - the - spot investigation and sampling inspection were used to monitor the disinfection quality of chemotherapeutics for turnout dispensing center in this hospital. Results In chemotherapeutics for tumour dispensing center of this hospital, the qualified rate of air particle indoor was 98. 96%, the qualified rate of microorganism controlling value was 92.71%, the qualified rates of object surface and personnel＇s hands hygiene were 97.92% ; The radiation intensity of UV - lamps was 100%. The controlling qualified rates of air depositing bacteria, air particle value and object surface total bacterial count of biosafety cabinets using in this center were 92.05%, 100% and 87.50% respectively. Conclusion The disinfection quality of the chemotherapeutics for drug dispensing center in this hospital is good, through the appropriate control measures, the existing problems are found out and the corresponding measure are taken.
