摘　　要：目的了解河南省医院洁净手术室综合性能状况,洁净手术室的规范化管理和使用。方法通过随机抽样和检测方法,对河南省13所医疗机构的94间洁净手术室的综合性能进行测试和评判。结果在洁净系统运行至规定时间后的静态情况下,所监测的94间洁净手术室的洁净度指标中尘埃粒子数的的超标率高于沉降菌的超标率,手术室等级从Ⅰ级到Ⅳ级,沉降菌和尘埃粒子数超标率都呈逐渐下降趋势;机械环境指标中Ⅰ～Ⅳ级洁净手术室全部合格的指标是温度、噪声、截面平均风速和换气次数;照度和静压差存在不合格现象。结论河南省医院洁净手术室综合性能质量总体较好,需要提高尘埃粒子数和静压差等指标。Objective To understand the clean technique properties so as to standardize the management and safety usage of hospitals’ clean operation department in Henan Province.Methods Random sampling and detection methods were used to examine and assess 94 clean rooms in 13 hospitals of Henan province.Results After the cleaning system ran for specified time,the ineligible rates of dust particles in 94 rooms were higher than those of sedimentary bacteria.Both of them decreased with the operating room level（from level I to IV）.Temperature,noise,sectional average wind speed and air exchange frequency were qualified in all four levels,but the disqualification of illumination and static pressure difference existed.Conclusion Technique properties of clean operation department in Henan’ s hospitals are satisfactory on the whole,but dust particle and static pressure difference need to be improved.
