重症监护室医务人员手卫生依从性调查

摘　　要：目的了解重症监护室(ICU)医务人员手卫生依从性,分析其影响因素。方法采用问卷调查法对荆州市第一人民医院ICU临床医务人员手卫生状况进行了调查。结果该医院ICU医务人员手卫生依从性平均执行率为52%。进行侵入性操作或无菌操作前的手卫生依从性最好,执行率达到100%。结论该医院ICU医务人员手卫生依从性较低,责任意识和相关知识欠缺,需要加强培训和完善洗手设施。Objective To understand the medical staff hand hygiene compliance and to analyze the influential factors of the intensive care unit（ICU）.Methods Questionaires was used to investigate the ICU clinical medical staff hand hygiene status in the First People’s Hospital of Jingzhou City.Results The average implementation rate of hospital ICU medical staff hand hygiene compliance was 52%.Hand hygiene compliance before invasive procedures or aseptic was the best and the execution rate was 100%.Conclusion The medical staff hand hygiene compliance in ICU is low.The responsibility consciousness and related knowledge are deficient,so training and improvement of hand-washing facilities should be strenthened.
