有机硅/碳酸钾协效剂对PA-6/MCA体系阻燃性能和熔融滴落行为的影响

摘　　要：以PA-6为基体,MCA阻燃剂,以有机硅胶(SG)/碳酸钾(K2CO3)两者的复配物(SG/K2CO3)为协效剂,重点研究了协效剂的配比和用量对PA-6/MCA复合材料阻燃性能和熔融滴落行为的影响,同时采用熔融指数对PA-6/MCA复合体系抗熔融滴落作用进行了研究分析。结果表明,阻燃协效剂SG/K2CO3添加量为8份,配比为65∶35时,PA-6/MCA复合体系的氧指数最大,垂直燃烧测试达到FV-0级;同时,配比为50∶50时燃烧样条表面结炭明显,炭层较完整,熔融滴落现象消失;熔融指数研究表明,SG/K2CO3协效剂的加入,PA-6/MCA复合体系的熔融指数明显降低,SG/K2CO3具有增粘作用,可以有效防止熔滴滴落的作用。PA-6 as the matrix,MCA as the flame retardants,silica gel/ potassium carbonate（SG/ K2CO3）as synergist,the paper focuses on effects of retardant performance and dripping behavior of PA-6/MCA composite by ratio and amount of synergist,while using the melt index to study and analyze the anti-dripping of PA-6/MCA composite system.The results show that 8 parts of flame retardant synergist SG / K2CO3（ratio of 65：35） lead to highest oxygen index of PA-6/MCA composite system,vertical flame test of FV-0 grade;simultaneously,at the ratio of 50：50,the burning spline has an obvious surface coking,carbon layer is complete,and dripping disappears;melt index studies have shown that SG / K2CO3 can significantly reduce the melt index of PA-6/MCA composite system,and SG / K2CO3 has tackifying effect,can effectively prevent the melt drops off.
