摘　　要：子午线轮胎活络模具在使用过程中因设备的故障和活络模自身的磨损等因素影响,导致活络模各类问题的发生,从而降低了活络模的精度和使用寿命。通过对子午胎活络模具在使用过程中出现的问题进行分类,对出现的故障进行分析和判断,找出解决的方法,采取相应的措施,恢复活络模使用功能和尺寸精度,延长活络模的使用寿命,从而保证活络模生产出高品质的子午线轮胎。Radial tire segmented mode has various types of problems due to equipment failure and segmented mode wearing during use,thereby reducing the accuracy and service life of the segmented mode.Classify the active mold problems,analyze and judge the failures,find the solution,take the appropriate measures to restore the segmented mode use and dimensional accuracy,extend the life of segmented mode,thus ensuring the segmented mode to produce high-quality radial tires.
