摘　　要：目的分析邯郸市2001-2010年肺结核病疫情情况,为政府制定防控结核病政策提供科学依据。方法 2001-2010年邯郸市人口及肺结核疫情登记报告资料,进行流行病学分析。结果 10年间共报告活动性肺结核病人39832例,发病率分别是:37.27/10万,9.73/10万,23.56/10万,50.83/10万,44.7/10万,60.4/10万,59.96/10万,62.13/10万,58.27/10万,50.19/10万,年平均报告率是45.97/10万。全年均有发病,1月份最多,5月份以后缓慢下降,贫困地区发病率最高,男性明显高于女性,发病以青壮年为主,25～54岁患者占69.54%。结论邯郸市结核防控形势十分严峻;肺结核病防治工作重点在农村;学校结核病疫情不容忽视;老年结核病登记率低,应引起重视。Objective To analyze the TB epidemic situation from 2001 to 2010 in Handan City,so as to provide scientific basis for the government to develop prevention and control TB policy.Methods Population and outbreak of tuberculosis registration report data from 2001 to 2010 in Handan were analyzed with epidemiology.Results A total of 39 832 cases patients with active tuberculosis during 10 years were reported,the incidence were： 37.27/100 000,9.73/100 000,23.56/100 000,50.83/100 000,44.7/100 000,60.4/100 000,59.96/100 000,62.13/100 000,58.27/100 000,50.19/100 000 respectively,and the average annual reporting rate was 45.97/100 000.The disease attacked throughout the whole year,and reached peak in January,while falling slowly after May.The incidence of poverty-stricken areas was the highest,and the incidence of male was higher than that of female.People aged from 25 to 54 years old were the main patients,which accounted for 69.54%.Conclusions The tuberculosis prevention and control of the situation of Handan is very grim and the focus of the prevention and control of TB was in the rural areas.School tuberculosis epidemic can not be ignored,and elderly tuberculosis registration is low,which should be paid attention to.
