龙岩市2007-2011年常规免疫接种率监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解龙岩市2007-2011年常规免疫接种率监测情况,促进免疫规划工作发展。方法采用差值(D)和比值(R)评价方法对2007-2011年的常规免疫接种率监测资料进行统计分析。结果全市常规免疫接种率的报告及时性和报告完整性均为100%,2007-2011年常规性质免疫疫苗报告接种率及相关调查接种率均维持较高水平,达到90%以上。结论我市的常规免疫工作运转良好,儿童常规免疫疫苗接种率和调查接种率于2007-2011年均达较高水平。为了提高常规免疫接种率报告质量,减少估算接种率与报告接种率的偏差,将常规免疫接种率报告质量提升到较高水平,应积极开展对基层免疫规划工作人员的业务培训,提高基层免疫规划工作人员业务水平。Objective To understand the monitoring situations of routine immunization rate in Longyan from 2007 to 2011,so as to promote immune planning development.Method The routine immunization monitoring data from 2007 to 2011 were analyzed by the difference（D） and the ratio（R） evaluation method.Results The city vaccination rate of reporting timeliness and completeness were both 100%.The routine immunization rate from 2007 to 2011 and the related investigation of vaccination rate maintained higher level,which reached larger than 90%.Conclusions The city routine immunization worked well,and the routine childhood immunization vaccination rate and surveys vaccination rate from 2007 to 2011 both arrived at high level.In order to improve routine immunization coverage rate,reduce the deviation of the estimate vaccination rate and reporting vaccination rate,as well as improve the reporting quality of routine immunization rate,we should actively carry out business training of the staff of the primary immunization programs and improve their professional skills.
